Olympus has introduced two new superzoom cameras, the Stylus SP-820UZ and Stylus SP-720UZ. Both cameras are designed with DSLR-style body shape, a great grip, and a modern look.This new Olympus camera performance is supported by 14 MP CMOS sensor that can produce high-resolution images and Full HD 1080p video. As for the screen, both come with 3-inch LCD screen and 460k pixel densities.
Olympus Stylus SP-820UZ and Stylus SP-720UZ will look different on the lens and battery. The Stylus SP-820UZ brings 22mm lens with 40x optical zoom (equivalent to 22-896mm lens on a 35mm camera) and powered by 2 AA batteries. While the SP-720Z brings 26mm lens with 26x optical zoom (equivalent to 26-676 lens on a 35mm camera) and powered by a rechargeable battery.
Both cameras also comes with latest features and technologies from Olympus like a Dual IS technology, Super Resolution, Beauty Mode, Magic Filter with 10 choices of filter effects, 3D pictures, and Pet Supplies.Olympus Stylus SP-820UZ is priced at US$ 330 and Stylus SP-720UZ is priced at US$ 230. Both cameras will be available in late September 2012.
