A new breakthrough has been made by LG, the company has showcased WCP-300 the world` s smallest wireless charging device in 2013 Mobile World Congress.

LG WCP-300 only has 6.8cm of diameter and designed to be compatible with the standard 5-pin micro USB charger.

WCP-300 is made by using electromagnetic induction technology equipped with Qi certificate. The electromagnetic induction will generate a magnetic field that can deliver the power when you put your device on the wireless charging mat.

Meanwhile, the Qi certificate has ensured that LG WCP-300 is compatible with all smartphones. The new LG wireless charger will be released to the market soon for 65,000 won or about US$ 59.83.
