Although Sony has not officially announced the Xperia Z tablet, but wireless carrier from Japan, NTT DoCoMo has revealed that the tablet will roll out on January 22.
Sony Xperia Tablet Z (SO-03E) is expected to be present along with the spring product lineup from NTT DoCoMo.
For its specifications, Xperia Z is carrying 10-inch 1080p screen, 2GB RAM, 1.5GHz Snapdragon four-core processor, 32GB internal memory, 6.000mAh battery capacity, and 8.1 MP camera.
According to the report, Xperia Z tablet will carry the same advantages such as Xperia Z smartphone (waterproof and dustproof).
