On December 4, 2012, Lytro will release “Perspective Shift” technology, and a number of filters. All this will be available free of charge via the desktop software update.

Perspective Shift will allows you to change the point of view. Lytro dubbed it as a “living picture” that can be manipulated from different directions, left, right, up, or down.

In addition, Lytro also introduces the “Living Filters” to enhance your photos. This filter come with 9 options including Film Noir, Crayon and Carnival.
