Outlast is an action horror game developed by Red Barrels. This game come with a story in a remote mountainous area of Colorado, to be exact in an old house which is ever used as a mental hospital.
After a long time, this old facility is eventually reopened, but this time the facility is used as a place to run a secret research by Murkoff Corporation.
The entire operation is run very secretly. This situation, make an independent journalist Miles Upshur very curious to investigate it. From here, Miles will deal with so many unexpected creepy things in this mental hospital.
