Indeed Shelby Supercar is still the fastest but at least Nemesis is able to break a speed record and be the fastest electric car in the UK.

Nemesis is an electric car that has just been through a trial test and managed to speed up to 151 mph (243 km / h).

Nemesis also has proved that the car is not only efficient and faster but the battery is claimed able to support the car to run as far as 150 miles (243 km) in a single refill.

Nemesis speed test results - 243 km is even beats Nissan Leaf that can only to go as far as 110 miles (177 km).
