NTT DoCoM in Japan recently has released NEC Media Tab UL N08-D which is claimed as the lightest android tablet.
This 7-inch tablet has a weight less than 249 grams, much lighter when compared to other well-known 7-inch tablet such as Amazon Kindle Fire HD (400 grams) and Google Nexus 7 (345 grams).
Not only lightest, NEC Media Tab UL N08-D is also quite slim with only 7.9 mm thick. The tablet also packed with quite interesting specification such as 7-inch LCD screen with 1280 x 800 pixels resolution, 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, 8 MP rear camera, 2 MP front camera, 3100 mAh battery, and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
