Another new HTC Windows phone smartphone has appeared on the net, HTC Accord or also known as HTC 8X or HTC 8S.This brand new HTC smartphone will run Windows Phone 8 as the main operating system. This phone also rumored will comes with 4G LTE support and Beats Audio technology to enhance the audio quality on this phone.
